    A WWE name, who has been with the company for almost six years has been released from his contract over the past week.

    According to PWInsider, former NXT UK Assistant General Manager Sid Scala is gone from the company.

    Despite NXT UK closing its doors in the September 2022, Scala was retained by WWE up until some time this past week when he was let go.

    Scala joined WWE NXT UK in December 2018, served his role as NXT UK GM Johnny Saint’s assistant, but also worked as both a producer and coach in the company.
