On tonight’s episode of WWE NXT, one star was back in in-ring action for the first time in over three months after returning from injury.
Making his in-ring return on NXT television after being out of action since March 2024, Hank Walker was back in the ring on tonight’s show.
Teaming with his tag team partner Tank Ledger to take on main roster stars Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne (the New Catch Republic), the duo were rolling yet again.
Unfortunately in the end, Hank & Tank did not pick up the victory but did earn the respect of New Catch Republic after a competitive match following which they shook hands.
Walker’s last match on TV was back on March 19 where he and Ledger lost to the OC’s Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows.
Elsewhere on tonight’s go-home show before the WWE NXT Heatwave premium live event, the first match of the night was a street fight.
With Michin taking on Jaida Parker, there were seemingly no weapons off limits as the pair would use trash cans, a bag of nuts and bolts, a fire extinguisher and even going through a wall at ringside.
In the end, it was Jaida Parker who emerged victorious.
