A WWE manager’s newest client has been revealed after his former ally was recently released by the company.
Please note this story contains spoilers for the May 21 episode of WWE NXT, which was taped on May 14.
Von Wagner was among numerous WWE stars to be released in April, leaving his manager Robert Stone without a client since then.
However, that doesn’t seem to have lasted for long, as Stone seemingly revealed a new associate, via NXT spoilers from PWInsider.
Lexis King, Wagner’s last feud before his release, was in the ring during the taping for May 21 when Stone came out onto the ramp.
Then, Stone brought out the man who seems to be his newest client, Dante Chen.
Chen is the first ever Singaporean WWE star and has been a regular on NXT Level Up for over two years to the point that he’s commonly referred to as the ‘gatekeeper’ of that particular show.
However, after a brief run at the start on NXT 2.0 was halted due to injury, he hasn’t been able to break out on NXT TV proper – but it seems this is where that may start, as he actually scored the win over Lexis King in their match.
