There has finally been a release date for the upcoming documentary based around WWE pivoting the plans for WrestleMania 40.
After having been delayed from the originally announced release date of Wednesday, April 10, the doc was delayed and finally an update has been provided.
It’s officially been announced that the documentary will premiere on WWE’s YouTube channel at 7pm ET on July 3.
It’ll feature a behind-the-scenes look at what happened en route to WrestleMania.
A particular talking point, of course, being the major change in plans from The Rock vs Roman Reigns to Cody Rhodes vs Roman Reigns as the main event.
There were rumors that Rock was the reason for the release being delayed, but that notion ended up being shot down.
