Raducanu was delighted with her second-round win over Elise Mertens.
She said: “I’m super-pleased with that performance. I just had so much fun on the court.
“I felt the atmosphere was amazing with the crowd – I really fed off of it and played some really good stuff.
“I knew all the hard yards would lead to something and I am just happy I can reap some of the rewards here in Wimbledon.”
