Coco Gauff is currently the number one female tennis player in the US, and she’ll be looking to become an Olympic champion this summer.
The 20-year-old is set to compete in her first Games and heads to Paris with a big chance of claiming at least one medal.
Unfortunately, she missed out in 2020 after testing positive for COVID just days before she was due to fly to Tokyo.
She is the current US Open champion after winning on home soil in 2023.
Of course, tennis at the Olympics this year will be held at the iconic Roland-Garros, meaning it will be on clay.
Gauff made the 2022 French Open final, where she was beaten by Iga Swiatek, and once again, the Pole will be the woman to beat in Paris, given she’s won four of the last five French Opens.
So with Gauff out to add Olympic gold, talkSPORT.com takes a look at when you’ll be able to see her in action.
