America girls’s nationwide group will face an abroad rival in its last two matches of the 12 months. U.S. Soccer introduced Tuesday that its girls’s group will play Germany twice in November, pitting the highest groups within the FIFA Girls’s World Rankings towards one another.
“USA-Germany is all the time one of the entertaining matchups in girls’s worldwide soccer and it’s a rivalry that has some great historical past as effectively,” U.S. head coach Vlatko Andonovski said in a statement.

The U.S. squad, ranked first, final confronted No. 2-ranked Germany within the 2018 SheBelieves Cup wherein the U.S. received an in depth 1-0 match in Columbus, Ohio. The U.S. will look to enhance on its 22-4-7 all-time document towards the eight-time European champions this fall.
The matches are set to happen Thursday, Nov. 10 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. (7 p.m. ET on FS1) and Sunday, Nov. 13 in Harrison, N.J. (5 p.m. ET on ESPN).
The U.S. and Germany are the one nations to carry a number of Girls’s World Cup titles, with the U.S. claiming 4 and Germany holding two. Each groups have certified for the 2023 FIFA Girls’s World Cup.
