Dana White has rewarded a loyal fast-food worker with $15,000.
Influencer Razzaqlocks recently shared a video showing him trying to convince a cashier to quit his job on the spot for $100,000 [£79k] in cash.
However, the El Pollo Loco employee refused his offer as his store was already short-staffed and he didn’t want to leave his colleagues in the lurch.
“No,” he said while looking at the massive wad of $100 [£79] bills.
“I’m good. There’s only three people here today, otherwise…
“I don’t want to leave them suffering.”
Razzaqlocks says he tried to convince the man to leave his job for several minutes before sharing the wholesome footage online.
“That kids got integrity,” White commented on the Instagram video.
“He’s a good human. He cared that his co-workers would have suffered.
“I’m giving him $15k [£12k] for being a BAD ASS SOLID HUMAN. Good things happen to GOOD people.”
The MMA mogul, who is worth around $500million, then shared another video to his own Instagram account showing Razzaqlocks returning to the store with a no-strings-attached gift.
“This kid has integrity, and good things happen to good people. El Pollo Loco this is your employee of the decade,” White captioned the post on his Instagram story.
It shows Razzaqlocks telling the man that his actions had impressed the UFC boss before handing him $15,000 [£12k] in cash.
White recently used social media to highlight a different type of employee.
The 54-year-old shared a video of a delivery driver carelessly throwing packages into the back of a FedEx truck.
White joked: “FedEx: We’ll get your s*** there but we’ll f*** it up.”
The viral video led to the man in question being fired from his job.
FedEx said in a statement: “The behaviour depicted in the video is unacceptable and inconsistent with the professionalism FedEx demonstrates every day.
“We are committed to treating our customers’ packages with the utmost care, and this driver is no longer providing service for our company as a result of this behaviour.”
