Tony Khan has revealed his plans for an AEW archive library and a home for streaming events in the upcoming media rights deal.
In the media call ahead of AEW Dynasty, Tony Khan shared that he expects that an archive library will likely be part of the upcoming media rights deal.
Sharing that AEW remains in an exclusivity window with Warner Brothers Discovery, Tony Khan said:
“An archive library and a place to put streaming events is a really interesting idea and certainly something that has existed in wrestling and wrestling fans are able to watch a lot of events on streaming and AEW events should be up there.
“It’s something that I expect to happen in our next media rights deal. We’re in an exclusive window right now talking to Warner Brothers Discovery, which is amazing and has been a great time.”
AEW is set to debut a new pay-per-view, AEW Dynasty on Sunday April 21, 2024 with most of the company’s titles on the line at the event.

Samoa Joe will defend his AEW World Heavyweight Championship against Swerve Strickland in the AEW Dynasty main event.
