The Bucks are holding their breath on Tuesday night after Giannis Antetokounmpo went down with an apparent non-contact injury.
During the third quarter of the Buck’s game against the Boston Celtics in Milwaukee, Antetokounmpo inbounded the ball to Damian Lillard before almost immediately going to the floor after about five steps.
Antetokounmpo seemingly held his calf or high ankle as he went down to the floor.
The Bucks said, according to The Athletic’s Shams Charania, that the superstar would not return for the remainder of the game with what was called a calf strain.
He finished the night with 15 points, eight rebounds and seven assists.
