Derek Chisora is getting hands on support from his manager Anthony Joshua ahead of his trilogy clash with Tyson Fury.
On December 3, Chisora will fight Fury for the third time at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with the WBC world heavyweight title on the line.
In the first fight between the pair in 2011, Fury came out on top by unanimous decision and then he followed up with a stoppage victory in 2014.
This comes after Fury came close to fighting Joshua on December 3, after he called out his fellow Brit following his loss in his rematch against Oleksandr Usyk.
Negotiations for this clash, however, fell apart almost as quickly as they began and now Joshua is helping his replacement to find an unlikely way to victory.
Chisora is managed by the management company AJ founded, 258 MGT, and they posted a clip of ‘Del Boy’ on the heavy bag.
Joshua can be heard in the background giving encouragement, yelling ‘solid work,’ before he moves on to helping former Team GB teammate and 3-0 professional, Frazer Clarke, on the pads.
talkSPORT’s own Spencer Oliver was in attendance at the gym and he described the scene. “Anthony Joshua was in the gym [on Wednesday] helping Frazer Clarke, who was sparring with Derek Chisora, which tells us that Derek is getting the good early training camp that he needs at the moment.
“He’s looking very good, he’s pumped up. I love it when the gym is packed out with all these fighters, because there’s a real buzz and a real atmosphere in there.”
Fury last fought in April, when he beat Dillian Whyte at Wembley. Chisora, meanwhile, stopped a run of three straight losses by beating Kubrat Pulev in July at the O2.
