Sunday’s Premier League games (all 4pm kick offs):
- Arsenal v Everton
- Brentford v Newcastle
- Brighton v Manchester United
- Burnley v Nottingham Forest
- Chelsea v Bournemouth
- Crystal Palace v Aston Villa
- Liverpool v Wolves
- Luton v Fulham
- Manchester City v West Ham
- Sheffield United v Tottenham
The majority of eyes around the Premier League on Sunday afternoon will be in the title race, as Manchester City know a win at home against West Ham will secure them their seventh league title in eight years, as well as the first team to ever win four in a row.
Only Arsenal have the chance to beat them to the title, starting the day two points behind City with a better goal difference, knowing that a win at home against Everton will seal their first league title in 20 years if Manchester City drop points at the Etihad.
The remaining top four places are all decided, but attention will still be heavily on Anfield as Jurgen Klopp manages his final game in charge of Liverpool at home against Wolves, with the Reds guaranteed a third place finish.
Midweek’s results saw Aston Villa book their place in the Champions League for the first time in 41 years with a fourth place finish, and they will aim to end the season on a high against against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

The battle for the final European places is still up for grabs and will even run beyond the end of the season, with Manchester United still with a chance of affecting the make up of next season’s European participants in their FA Cup final next week.
Chelsea currently hold pole position on the all important final top six spot, sitting three points clear of seventh ahead of the visit of Bournemouth to Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Lying in wait if the Blues fall to defeat will be a Newcastle side who will also be in west London as they take on Brentford, knowing a win and a Chelsea defeat would see them guaranteed a top six finish and a place in Europe next season.
Manchester United only need a top seven finish to guarantee themselves Europe next season and head into Sunday’s game away at Brighton level on points with seventh placed Newcastle, knowing that bettering the Magpies’ result would take them to a top seven finish.
The final place of major interest to be decided is the third and final relegation spot, which Luton can only avoid if they win at home against Fulham and Nottingham Forest lose at an already relegated Burnley side with a 12-goal swing.
The 10th and final match of the day sees an already relegated, and guaranteed 20th place finish Sheffield United host a Tottenham side who have secured a fifth placed finish this season.
