The Carabao Cup third round draw has been completed with a number of intriguing ties in the offing.
The standout ties see League Two AFC Wimbledon, who beat Ipswich on penalties, get another Premier League opponent as they face Newcastle, while Chelsea will play host to League Two Barrow.
Defending champions and record winners Liverpool have been pitted against fellow Premier League club West Ham, who got past Bournemouth on Wednesday. That tie will take place at Anfield.
Meanwhile, Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham, Aston Villa and Manchester City, who also entered the draw at this stage learnt their opponents.
Arsenal entertain League One Bolton, while Manchester United are also at home to a League One side in Barnsley.
Manchester City face Championship side Watford at the Etihad Stadium, while Champions League side Aston Villa visit League One Wycombe Wanderers.
Elsewhere, League Two Wimbledon face Newcastle at home after beating Premier League side Ipswich on penalties.
This season’s third round draw had a different format as it took place in two stages.
The first part involved the teams in the Champions League and Europa League.
They were placed in bowl one, and the other 26 sides were put into bowl two.
Teams in bowl one (Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester United, Tottenham, Liverpool and Aston Villa) weren’t eligible to be drawn against each other in the third round.
They were pre-drawn to determine if they would be at home or away and separated into six different ties.
Then, the first six teams out of the hat in pot two were drawn to play one of the six European sides.
Chelsea are also in European competition this year, but they are between legs in their qualifying campaign, so they couldn’t be included with the other European playing teams.
