The matchup would have been the Lightning’s and Predators’ third games of the pre-season. The Predators previously lost two split-squad games to the Florida Panthers on Sunday, 3-2 and 6-2. The Lightning, meanwhile, lost 2-1 to the Carolina Hurricanes on Tuesday and narrowly beat the Panthers 8-7 on Wednesday.
All tickets for the postponed game will be accepted for the rescheduled date. The Lightning also encouraged those looking to help residents directly affected by Hurricane Helene to visit redcross.org.
