Cristiano Ronaldo told Frank Warren how it will end for Arsenal and it’s not what he wanted to hear.
The finest footballer of his generation was a guest at the eagerly-anticipated unification fight between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk in Saudi Arabia and caught up with the promoter at his ringside seat.
The two exchanged pleasantries, which was caught on camera by Queensberry’s social media account.
“We’re still waiting for you at Arsenal,” Warren joked, to which Ronaldo laughed before saying: “They’re not going to win the league.”
Arsenal go into the final day of the Premier League season needing a win against Everton to stand any chance of beating Man City to the title.
As a result, the Gunners need Pep Guardiola’s side to lose or draw, something Ronaldo and the bookies don’t think is going to happen.

Ronaldo famously enjoyed two spells with Arsenal’s rivals Manchester United between 2003 and 2009 and then 2021 and 2022.
In that time he made 346 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring 145 goals – nine of which came against the Gunners.
Warren wasn’t the only big name who Ronaldo was mixing with after being seated next to Anthony Joshua.
Former world champion AJ saw off Francis Ngannou in Riyadh in March and is being tipped as an opponent for Fury.
The two could come face to face in March 2025 in what would be a blockbuster event, while there is also the option of Joshua against Usyk 3.
Joshua lost his titles to Usyk in 2021 before being defeated again in the rematch.
