Como 1907 are set to continue their stunning summer overhaul with a trio of ex-Premier League stars set to sign.
The newly-promoted side – currently managed by Osian Roberts and assistant Cesc Fabregas – have plenty of high profile backers.
Thierry Henry and Fabregas both have a stake in the club which earned a spot in Serie A via a second-place finish last season.
And as they prepare for the first top-flight campaign in 21 years, they are making plenty of moves in the transfer market.
Four loan deals have become permanent, including Brazilian star Gabriel Strefezza.
But they also moved swiftly to upgrade their attacking options by landing Italy international Andrea Belotti, who joins from Roma.
Now they are ready to add even more star power with three men who have previously played Premier League football.
Raphael Varane, who has left Manchester United on a free transfer this summer is top of that list.
The France superstar has had his share over injury issues but is now looking to revitalise his career in Italy.
And he might be joined by two former Spain internationals.
Ex-Liverpool players Pepe Reina and Alberto Moreno are also being lined up for transfers.
The duo, 41 and 32 years old, respectively, are both out of contract and ready to for new starts.
Meanwhile, Como are also looking to sign midfielder Rodri Sanchez from Real Betis.
