Frank Warren insists that Tyson Fury is in the shape of his life ahead of an undisputed clash with Oleksandr Usyk.
The two best heavyweights are set to battle for the WBC, WBA, WBO, and IBF titles at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Saturday night.
Fury and Usyk were originally supposed to fight on February 17, but a cut ‘The Gypsy King’ suffered in sparring delayed the match-up and extended camp for both men.
It’s clear to see that Fury has been working seriously hard in the gym as he’s considerably slimmer than he was for his last fight against Francis Ngannou.
The WBC heavyweight king’s father, John Fury, recently claimed his superstar son will come in at a career-low weight for Usyk, which will be less than the 245.5lbs he tipped the scales at for a fight with Vinny Maddalone in 2012.
Some fans are concerned he’s lost too much weight, but Fury’s promoter believes he’s in tip-top condition and ready to make history by becoming the first four-belt heavyweight champion.

“He’s coming off back-to-back camps without a fight in between because of the cut,” Warren said on Wednesday’s episode of talkSPORT Breakfast.
“He didn’t have to lose weight going into this second camp, he’s bang on the money. I mean, he’s jumping out of skin, he’s got a glow on him. I’ve never seen him looking so well.”
Fury isn’t ripped like Anthony Joshua and carries a little bit of excess fat into his fights, but it has worked so far as he’s unbeaten with a 34-0-1 record.
However, Warren is convinced that his fighter’s weight loss will lead to an exceptional performance when he takes on Usyk.
He added: “I’m not a big believer in people carrying lots of weight, heavyweights especially carrying weight around on them. Why do that?
“Speed, for me, counts. It’s all about speed, not about being bulked.
“The one thing about Tyson is, for a guy who doesn’t look cut out of marble, he’s quite athletic. He’s very fast in the ring, has great footwork and fast hands.
“I feel he’ll be bang on the money for this, he’s really monitored his weight correctly and I think he’s just peaking at the right time. He’s not overdone it.
“I genuinely think we are going to see something special with these two guys on Saturday night.”

In boxing, an undisputed world champion is someone who wins all of the four major world title belts in their division – WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO.
Fury currently has the WBC while Usyk holds the WBA, IBF and WBO. Therefore, the winner will hold all four belts as undisputed king.
The last man to hold all the belts in the division was Lennox Lewis when he beat Evander Holyfield to add his WBA and IBF titles to the WBC belt before what is now known as the ‘four-belt era’ with the WBO being recognised from 2004.
