Logan Paul showed his appreciation for iShowSpeed’s involvement at WrestleMania by gifting him a brand new Tesla Cybertruck.
Paul successfully retained his WWE United States title in a triple-threat match against Randy Orton and Kevin Owens at last weekend’s event in Philadelphia.
As he made his way to the ring, Paul was once again accompanied by an anonymous person dressed up inside a PRIME bottle, as was the case at last year’s event when it was revealed to be former boxing foe turned business partner KSI.
Fans were expecting another familiar face this year and it didn’t take long before all was revealed.
With Orton firmly in the ascendancy at the mid-way point of the match, he shaped up to strike a famed head punt on Paul.
But the Viper was quickly stopped in his tracks when the PRIME bottle pulled the United States champion out of harm’s way.
As Orton confronted the giant bottle, iShowSpeed revealed himself as Paul’s latest wingman in front of a stunned capacity crowd at Lincoln Financial Field.
Hell bent on revenge, Orton delivered his signature RKO to the YouTube star on the announcer’s table.
The melee enabled Paul to take full advantage and pin Owens to retain his United States title.
To show his gratitude, Paul gifted a recovering iShowSpeed with a smart new Tesla Cybertruck.
The impressive vehicle is valued at around £45,000 for the base model with a top price of £80k depending on upgrades.
Paul covered iShowSpeed’s eyes before the big reveal and said: “Okay, iShowSpeed, because you helped me retain the United States Championship and you took that nasty RKO from Randy Orton, me and the PRIME team wanted to get you a little something. Ready?’
A visibly stunned iShowSpeed responded: “Come on bro, You gotta f****** stop this bro. No way you gave me this, no way you gave me this starship?!”
The Cybertruck goes from 0-60mph in 2.6 seconds, has a top speed of 130mph with 845 horsepower.
It boasts armoured glass that can resist the impact of a baseball at 70mph and comes with Tesla’s autopilot feature.
And it looks like something from Back to the Future on steroids.
Anyone in the UK wanting to drive one will be disappointed, though, as the current version is illegal to drive on our roads due to its size, shape and weight.
It’s so heavy that even if Tesla decided to put a European version into production, you’d still likely need a C1 license to drive it – what you need to drive large vans and small lorries.
Speed’s Cybertruck wasn’t the only lavish gift handed out after WrestleMania, with Cody Rhodes splashing out on custom-made Rolex watches for his opponents at the event.
