Jake Paul is putting his current downtime to good use.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer should be deep in camp preparing for the fight of his life against ring legend Mike Tyson at AT&T Stadium in Texas on July 20.
However, a recent mid-flight ‘ulcer flare-up’ forced Tyson out of the bout.
Paul’s next bout has since been moved to November 15 at the same venue.
Rather than sulk about what could’ve been, the 27-year-old has returned to the gym to help his world champion speedskater girlfriend prepare for the 2026 Winter Olympics.
On Saturday, Jutta Leerdam shared a video on Instagram showing her pulling a sled carrying a ton of weight, which included Paul’s recently acquired thicker frame.
“Carrying around a heavy weight,” she captioned the post.
“Get ready with me for the Olympic Games 2026.”
Paul took to the comment section to jokingly complain about his description.
He replied with a sad emoji: “I’m petit.”
Paul and Leerdam have been inseparable since they started dating last year.
During a recent episode of BS with Jake Paul, Leerdam revealed she had set the world record for the fastest time to perform 1000 metres in speed skating.
‘The Problem Child’ beamed with pride about his girlfriend’s achievement before talking about their potential as a sporting power couple.
“I think it is cool, I was thinking about it the other day. At the time you go to the Winter Olympics in two years,” Paul said.
“That is when I am going to be fighting for a world championship.
“We both could potentially be world champions. Number one in the world together, and I think that might just be the first couple to do that.”
Paul, who has had 10 professional fights, believes he can share the ring with Canelo Alvarez and has regularly talked about winning boxing’s biggest prize.
It appeared the former Disney actor would prioritise a traditional route to the top after picking up wins over journeyman boxers Andre August and Ryan Bourland.
Instead, he announced his bumper clash with Tyson, who hasn’t fought professionally since 2005 and is 31 years older than his comeback opponent.
It’s currently unclear if Paul still plans on becoming a world champion, or if he’s content making millions fighting faded veterans and former UFC stars.
