Two WWE names have made their in-ring debuts after signing with company last year at a recent NXT live event.
Numerous WWWE talents have made their in-ring debuts for the company over the past few months on NXT live events, and two more stepped into the ring for the first time last night.
At the NXT live event in Sebring, Florida, Performance Center recruits Aijea Lee Hargrave and Destinee Brown competed in their first match, where they teamed up in a losing effort to Carlee Bright and Kendal Grey.
Both Hargrave and Brown signed with WWE in the October 2023 class of Performance Center recruits, the class that also featured opponent Kendal Grey.
NXT has been airing vignettes for Carlee Bright on NXT in recent weeks, teasing her eventual arrival on main NXT television.
She has had one match on NXT TV so far, which was a loss to Lola Vice on May 14.
The inaugural NXT Women’s North American Champion was crowned at last night’s NXT Battleground event, when Kelani Jordan won a Ladder match to kick off the show to become the first-ever champion.
