Real Madrid head into Saturday night’s Champions League final as odds on favourites for victory, as they seek to win a record-extending 15th European crown.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side will also be looking to complete a double for the season, having also been crowned Spanish champions, finishing 10 points clear of their nearest challengers in Barcelona by the time the season came to a close.
The side from the Spanish capital head into their final match of the season having lost just two of their 54 matches in all competitions, both coming against local rivals Atletico Madrid, once in the league and once in the Copa del Rey.
Los Blancos closed out their league campaign with back-to-back draws, meaning they travel to London unbeaten in all competitions since mid-January, a run spanning 25 matches.

Real Madrid reached this, their 18th Champions League final, having won all six of their group games to finish top of Group C ahead of Napoli, Braga and Union Berlin, before getting the better of Leipzig, defending champions Manchester City and Bayern Munich in the knockout stage.
The Spanish champions have already seen off three German sides en route to the final, and will back themselves to make it four out of four on Saturday night in their bid to lift the trophy.
Borussia Dortmund are the side who stand in their way this weekend of winning yet another Champions League title, with the Spaniards having won five of the last 10 editions of the competition, with the German side surprising many in reaching this stage of the competition.
Edin Terzic’s side signed off their league campaign with a 4-0 win over Darmstadt in front of their home fans a fortnight ago, confirming their fifth placed Bundesliga finish.
Dortmund will be competing in just their third Champions League final this weekend, lifting the trophy on only one occasion previously, in Munich in 1997, which preceded their defeat by Bayern Munich in 2013 under the management of Jurgen Klopp, in the what was also the last time Wembley hosted the final.
The German side make the trip to the English capital having won four of their last five matches in all competitions, including each leg of their Champions League semi final.
Die Borussen reached their third final by finishing top of what was considered by many to be the ‘Group of Death’, which contained PSG, AC Milan and Newcastle, before beating PSV, Atletico Madrid and PSG once again to book their place in Saturday’s final.
The last time the two sides met was in the group stage of the 2017-18 season of this competition, when Real Madrid managed to win home and away against Dortmund, extending their unbeaten run to four matches against the German side, who have won just one of their last seven against Madrid.
