Jack Grealish launched a verbal tirade against the fourth official just moments after nearly giving away a penalty.
Chelsea star Cole Palmer hit a free-kick against Manchester City in the 55th minute of the FA Cup semi-final with the ball brushing Grealish’s hand in the wall.
VAR took a look at the incident, but ruled there was no handball despite his hand moving towards it, with Mauricio Pochettino and Palmer left in disbelief.
Just ten minutes later, a challenge from Moises Caicedo left Grealish in a heap and forced him off with an injury.
And it’s safe to say that the England international was not happy with the officiating.
As he came off to take his seat on the bench at Wembley, he was seen giving the fourth official plenty of stick.
Eventually, Grealish calmed down to take his seat, but not before a tirade of abuse launched at the official, who did not react.
While the winger might be lucky to escape further punishment for his rant at the referees, Caicedo might also count himself equally lucky to be on the pitch.
Replays of his challenge on Grealish showed that the Chelsea star hit his knee with his studs up and was already on a booking.
It could give Gareth Southgate a worry ahead of the Euros this summer with John Stones also coming off for City at half-time.
Both players are key to England with the Three Lions among the favourites to win in Germany.
Bernardo Silva ended up scoring the only goal of the game after netting late into the contest to break Chelsea hearts.
It means they have a chance to reclaim their FA Cup crown after winning last season, with Manchester United or Coventry to come in the final.
Nicolas Jackson had a brilliant chance to put the Blues ahead in the first half when he was one-on-one but skewed his lines in poor fashion.
