The 2024 Euros are now underway and the continent’s best goalscorers will be competing for glory.
Cristiano Ronaldo ended the last European Championships as the top scorer, netting five goals throughout the 2020 tournament.
Ronaldo’s goals extended his lead at the top of the all-time charts in the competition, sitting well above some iconic names.
He’ll hope to add more to his tally this summer while England’s Harry Kane will be hoping to break into the top ten.

He has scored a total of 14 goals in the competition.
His tally has been built across five tournaments, a record for Euros appearances that he shares with Germany’s Lothar Matthaus.
And he sits five goals above his closest competitor in the scoring charts.
France legend Michel Platini is behind Ronaldo in second, scoring nine goals at the Euros.
All nine of those strikes incredibly came in the 1984 tournament as Les Bleus went on to win the title.

Griezmann has starred for France at multiple major tournaments and netted six times at Euro 2016 on the way to glory in his home country.
Meanwhile, Morata scored in Spain’s Euro 2024 opener against Croatia to kickstart a 3-0 win in Berlin.
Multiple legendary players are on six goals including Thierry Henry, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Patrick Kluivert.
